Nathan Carlson, founder of C3 Homes, has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in the trades, specializing in yard drainage, waterproofing, and basement repair, before transitioning into residential homebuilding. Nathan spent four years as a project manager with Bickimer Homes, gaining hands-on experience overseeing custom builds and working closely with clients. Craig Archer has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. He received a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State in Construction Sciences. His experience extends not only to residential construction but also commercial construction. Craig began his residential career as a framer. His extensive hands on experience gives him insight into all aspects of building.
